Medianoche — The Best of Cuba in every Bite
As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words, so we’ll start with that!

Straight from Cuba, the medianoche (Spanish for midnight) has been served on the island for decades. Its popularity began as a midnight snack in Havana nightclubs. As the word spread it became a staple for Cubans everywhere.
What’s in a Medianoche?
This classic Cuban treat is filled with mojo pork, ham, yellow mustard, pickles, and Swiss cheese. The outside is one of the most delicious breads you will ever taste. A soft, sweet egg dough bread surrounds the filling. Our medianoche is then pressed in a waffle iron. The Swiss cheese melts and makes for a warm gooey delight that pleases even the most discriminate taste buds.
Just like this midnight meal gained popularity in Cuba, it has become a favorite at the Green Goat. We’ve stayed true to the Cuban tradition and our customers come back for more…and more. For only $7.97 you can taste Cuba in your own backyard.
Once you try our medianoche, its hard not to become obsessed. It’s Cuban perfection served right from our food truck at the Yacht Club on College. You’ll be hooked! We’ve gone Cuban…and you should too.
